Canadian Scottish Regiment Centennial Parade
Our local infantry reserve regiment, The Canadian Scottish Regiment (Princess Mary's), celebrated its 100th anniversary this year. This last weekend was the culmination of the celebrations, and I attended the Regimental Centennial Parade on Sunday. The Colonel-in-Chief, HRH Princess Alexandra, The Honourable Lady Ogilvy, was to have attended, but illness prevented her from attending.
Pre-parade concert music was provided by musicians of the 15th Field, RCA Band and 5th (B.C.) Field, RCA band.

The pipe band marches into the park. Members of the Argyll & Sutherland Highlanders of Canada (Princess Louise's), the Queen's Own Cameron Highlanders of Canada, and the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada supplemented the regimental pipes and drums.

The battalion marches in.

No. 2 Guard.

The Colour Party marches on.
