Checked fabric for RevK X-kilt
Hello to the rabble,
I have made one box pleated x-kilt, and I wanting to now try a RevK kilt. In going through my fabric stash, I found about 5 yards of 60" wide cotton/wool, in a checked pattern. The checks are about 1/2", so the pattern is fairly small. I am wondering if anyone has tried a fabric like this before, and if it would work. I know I would have to get a little creative to make the pleats line up with the pattern, but I think I can make it work. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for all the inspiration.
