Just saw a preview of a new TV show on CBS this fall. CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE. John Goodman is the star and there was a picture of a kid in a kilt. Toward the end was the kid in a kilt playing the pipes. Nothing else and I did a brief Google search with nothing yet.
