250,000 people even over three days would mean people packed pretty well shoulder to shoulder, even on the playing field, it's not that large a venue. Not a lot bigger than Grandfather Mountain, which is well filled at 40,000. Careful reading of the website shows that this is considered an all-year (as opposed to annual) event, so I suspect that includes people not there during the 3 days.

There are SEVERAL Celtic Festivals that claim to be NA's largest. There's loon Mountain, Grandfather Mountain, Waukishaw (sp?) Wisconsin, and I'm sure a few others. The one in Bethlehem is the biggest that WE'VE ever been to by far. They boast 250,000 people over the weekend and I don't doubt it. Not sure if they're counting the same person who goes all 3 days as 3 people, but either way, it's a ton of people!
