Nothing kilt-related here
A while back I decided that a pastor-friend of mine needed some new vestments. I settled on black and purple, for Ash Wednesday and Lent, and here they are. Everything is reversible. There's a chasuble, stole, maniple, which you can see, and a burse and chalice veil (which you can't see). The cross on the black side is made from burlap, to visually remind the congregation of the "sackcloth and ashes" nature of Ash Wednesday. Without further ado, here they are:
