This Leather Kilt Addiction Is Hard Core....But I Do Love It So!!
After a long time on top of my wish list....kilt addicts have lots of kilts and still maintain wish lists....I ordered my 4th leather cargo RKilt today....in blue. Will be my 5th leather kilt...(the other a now sold brown leather Utilikilt from back when they had one pocket and corset lacing on the sides).
So when this jones is over I'll have (in order of purchase) a saffron/buckskin, a sage green, a British Rebel Tan, and a blue leather RKilt all in the cargo kilt style.
If you wish to avoid the depth of this most insideous addiction NEVER order leather swatches from Robert...pure and simple...years ago I just ordered swatches...the aroma when they arrived resulted in that first purchase...and the leather kilt addiction has continued.
If you love butter soft leather...particularly swishing around you as you walk...warmth in foul weather, cool in even hot weather....you may be genetically vulnerable to leather kilt addiction.
Like any addict I mumble about the top quality of the kilts Robert sews - and that's true - but that just makes it harder not to "fix" again.
Now, with the blue leather cargo kilt ordered my mind races to, "What other colors don't I have yet? Must be prepared for any fashion need."
I may be "chasing the dragon" of that huge huff of leather when the kilt arrives....but I'm fine....really I am....I'm fine....I can quit when I want to.....
