New sporran hanger design from Ravenswood Leather

Since the recent posts on sporran damage to the aprons, I think this new design by Ravenswood Leather will be of interest.
The outside set I got well over a year ago. The next in is the current design - both from Ravenswood. The center set is USAK for reference.

The current Ravenswood design has two great features that I really like.
The wider top is of note as the width really inhibits the sporran from sliding/swaying side to side against the apron as you walk.
The extended bottom leather "protector" under the snap is the other great innovation. Keeps the whole snap assembly off the apron.

I don't know if hanger popularity has changes much since.
I know I like them on my 2.5 inch belts. No belt sag here from the weight.
All my loops still look new and there is no issue here with nature calls. Standing - I pick it all up. Sitting - dosen't matter.
It is real easy to change from one sporran to another or none at all. None at home, day sporran for town and Leather Nightstalker full of doggy goodies for our walks - Snap, snap.

Now if I buy a tool holster and add snap loops, it will be bettering the Utilikilt Workman for ease of use.

2.5 inch belt? Have to wear kilts very low and do the non-kilt rotation thing with the belt area alone that a normal kilt has 6-7 inches of area to handle. I can't go beltless and expect the waist belts to handle this much tension without even a great build kilt paying the price - let alone my hip bones. Also pretty ****-less and with a low starting level, even tight straps let the sporran hang too low here. If you get my drift....
