Hi, From Argentina !!!!
Hi,
My name is Eddie and my surnames are Batolo (scicilian father) and Patterson (scottish mother).
Hope you understand my english that sometimes it's very poor.
I live in Adrogue town in the province of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
My scot roots came from Dumfries, then came to Islas Malvinas (Falklands Islands) and then to Bahia San Julian , Santa Cruz Province, Argentina. Unfortunately, their business was the farm and sheep and not to produce whiskey.
Here you can found my family tree and pics.

My first kilt which I bought was in 2001, not MacLaren, it was a Stewart hunting at the Portobello Road Flea Market, I also bought the MacLaren modern cloth to make mine at the Scotch House in London.
Some years ago, my mother brought from Scotland the kilt and sporran from his great unkle, I asked date of purchase and it's about 1900/20, more or less in perfect shape, both.
My fourth kilt, became from my sister father in law, who passed away and his wife gave me a complete regimental Cameron outfit, including a black sporran with leather bells dated 1901 and a heavy wheight kilt box/knife pleat. All in perfect condition!!!!!
Now I'm going to buy a MacLaren ancient to make a box pleated kilt.
I'm very pleased to be accepted in this forum, and I'l be posting some pictures in the different threads.
Cheers, Eddie.
