Advice on Sporran (and maybe othre stuff) for wedding.

    Greetings!

I am going to be officiating at my daughter's wedding in August and she has requested that I kilt-up for the occasion. I've not yet worn a kilt during any ministerial function - so this will be a first for me.

Not sure if the wedding will be afternoon or evening but it will definitely not be in the morning.

I hope to purchase a new 8 yard kilt for the occasion (MacMillan Hunting Modern) but we'll see if the funds appear in time (or at all) . If not, I'll probably be wearing my MacMillan Ancient Modern "tank".

I will be wearing my PC + 3-button vest, "tux" shirt, black bow-tie, not sure about belt yet. (As a general rule, I wear a belt with *everything* but I'm going to let her decide on the look once I figure out an appropriate sporran.)

The only sporrans I have are: 1> a small "semi-dress" (black leather, short fur front, three tassels), 2> a Nightstalker nylon (black), and 3> a Nightstalker leather (brown). I'm not sure that any of these are suitable for the level of formality I would like to present.

What would be a good style of sporran to compliment this event and outfit?

    Thanks much!

    Rob.
