2 Charcoals
After 10 weeks minus 1 day I get the much wanted call that my kilts are done. Of course I had to wait until the next day.
The first 1 I wanted to try on was the tweed.

She is 13 oz., charcoal tweed, 9 yd, 3 in. knife pleat with slash pockets.
Theres not much that can been said. She has such a classic look.

The second is poly/cotton.

She is 13 oz, charcoal poly/cotton twill, 4.5 yd., box pleat with slash & detachable side pockets.
The goal with the p/c was to have a kilt to wear at Scout Camp, then take off the pockets for a less casual look.
I think it does that in spades.
Glad to know that my Utilikilt will now spend more time hanging.
The slash pockets are so big & deep that I can load my pockets with no visual bulge.
With these kilts I went with internal straps. I like them much better than pushing a strap through the hole.
They are both great kilts. Freedom is great to deal with, either on phone, e mail or in person.

Sanx too much Steve, Jackson & Justin
