Seamus I made a mistake or two in measuring my first kilt, but the last two from Rocky could not be tailored better if I HAD gone into a shop and been measured.
I just take three simple figures, waist at navel, width of backside and length from navel to centre kneecap.
The only proble I have is that the first measurement keeps changing, bigger in winter, smaller in summer
