Weekend before last a group of us attended the Drink Good Beer Fest in Long Beach.
Attendees got a 5oz glass and 10 tickets, each ticket good for a fillup at any of the 30 or so breweries represented (all local Californian). What with trying each other's discoveries and occasional freebies I must have tried 20 or so different beers, my focus (until the point at which focusing on anything was impossible  ) was IPAs.
Then last weekend I got a flight of six local IPAs at a local GastroPub.
The winner for me was the Coulter IPA from Cismontane Brewing Co. Anybody tried it?
