A Stillwater is a good choice from everything I've heard, but you will likely need to shorten it. They only come in one length, 24". You might look at USAKilts or King Kilts. The USA Casual runs from $80 to $95 and King Kilts price according to features and fabric cost. King Kilts will also make up a kilt from your fabric at a reasonable price. Either USA Casual or King Kilts gets you a kilt made to your measurements that you won't have to alter.
