    Tonight it will be Old Pulteney 12 year. I'm a newbie to scotch whisky, but have been happy to discover that I enjoy scotch more than a glass of wine or other cocktail. My husband has always been the scotch drinker in our house but now at least once or twice a week we each enjoy a wee dram, usually while watching an amazing New Mexico sunset. He likes peaty Islay whiskies. I don't yet know what I like best, but am certainly enjoying the process of learning to appreciate fine whisky.
