Peace and justice in a kilt
Yesterday,Sunday, dressed in my black utilikilt and
my blue "dumb and dumber" T-Shirt. I and thousands of like minded persons gathered in Portland for a peace and justice rally.
As I said there were at least two thousand men, women and children and as far I could see I was the only KILTED man present.
I did see one man in a long skirt but did not get a chance to converse with him.
I did not get a single comment on the kilt BUT I got many "great T-Shirt" comments. I was even stopped four times to take my picture. As I said no one said a word about the kilt but I would like to belive the picture taking was about my kilt and the T-Shirt.
This is the fourth time I have gone to a rally like this in a kilt and it is wonderful feeling to be so free and contforable in the presents of so many people.
