    You could not go wrong with Freedom Kilts or USA Kilts, either of whom can source a fabric to meet your needs and budget. I suggest you get in touch with Steve at FK (or Rocky at USAK), design the Farmer Jones Tweed Jacket of your dreams, and then your donor can just ask for that!
