A New Development Which Will Be Of Interest To Non-US Commissioners
Huzzah! I'm absolutely, positively, almost ridiculously, GIDDY to announce that my Application for the "Low Risk Exportation Program" with US Fish & Wildlife has been approved!
What this means for non-US Commissioners is that there will no longer be a $93US "Inspection Fee" to have wild game product inspected by USF&W before being cleared by US Customs!
So all non-C.I.T.E.S.-restricted but WILD CAUGHT fur sporrans are now that much more affordable for my overseas Commissioners.
It's a pilot program designed to minimize the red tape and fees for small businesses with good records, and I've been waiting since January for confirmation, but it JUST
arrived, and I'm tickled pink.
