I thought the digital version of the colors might be a little subdued, though also appropriate. I hoped your version might be a little brighter. Heard of the book, never seen a copy.
The family was into Montgomery County by about 1800, while the Creek were still there, leading to a couple of marriages in my lines. Spread into Emanuel, Tattnall, Wayne, Lee, Colquitt through the 1820s and 30s. I was born in Hazlehurst and grew up in Douglas. Played football against Tifton; Mama went to ABAC.
