    Game day mascot

    My wife slipped me a tidbit to research for the upcoming football game here in Oxford Mississippi Nov. 8th. Our opponent is Presbyterian College from South Carolina known as "The Blue Hose". I planned to wear my Confederate Memorial kilt (pregame) anyway, so it should be an interesting morning. Their mascot is pictured here.

    News of the day on Sunday (after a 48 to 0 win by the "Ole Miss" Rebels) is, the world's largest bronze statue of a Scotsman is found on the Presbyterian College campus in South Carolina.
