Tweed jacket opinion
I found a beautiful tweed jacket at a thrift store, and it fits near perfect. I want to have it kilt cut, but when I told my better half of my alteration plans, she said something to the effect that it would look ridiculous.
I told her tweed and kilts go well together, but she ain't buying it.
What say the rabble?
Also, what has it cost for those of you who've had a seamstress or tailor do their magic? I haven't yet got a quote on the cost locally. I'm not doing this myself, I don't want to ruin a perfectly good $6.49 jacket!
