Hello All!
I would like to show off some recent work of mine. I hand forged all the blades, and harvested the wood from local Laurel shrubs-a.k.a. 'false boxwood', which has a decent hardness, and a grain which I found to be well suited for carving.....Even with my cheapo carving tools!

Yes, these first examples are rather crude and amateurish, but I don't mind. For the longest time I had been intimidated by the prospect of carving knotwork, but am now merely seeking to practice and improve.
Any comments or criticisms most welcome....Especially those who have experience carving designs such as these.
Thanks for looking.
