All good. My front squats last week aggravated the muscle and tendon that was inflamed this past season. Fortunately, that's easing up, but I won't be front squatting more than once every two weeks. I think I'll be alternating the hand cleans with dumbell snatches.
However, I've had basically a week off, which in fact might be a good thing.
