Hello all, my name is John and I'm from the western mountains of Virginia. I'm a medically retire law enforcement officer now getting around to enjoying my proud Scottish ancestry. I'm descended from Clan Menzies, Clan Sutherland (both my Dad's side, and Clan Irvine of Drum on Mom's.
Just purchased my first 2 kilts in the last 15 months or so. My casual is a 5.11 khaki TDK and my more formal is a Sutherland Ancient made by Mac MacIssac at MacIssac Kiltmakers in Nova Scotia.
