If you read the article the only thing that may change is the lifting of the US ban in UK Lamb.
The ban on the use of lung is not changing and the makers
" are already preparing to replace the lungs in their traditional recipes so they can break into the American market."
Later the article says -
it will need to change its recipe,
So other than the product will carry "Made in Scotland" it will not be significantly different than Haggis produced in N. America.
