new pipe music collection

A while ago a piper friend told me there was some piper up in Canada looking for new compositions for a new collection of pipe music.

I contacted the fellow, Nathan Mitchell, who was very nice, and sent him a tune.

I was pleased to see that it has come to fruition, the 2nd volume of The Winnipeg Collection. All monies raised to go charity.

It's humbling to see my name amongst some of the greatest names in piping.

I've written loads of tunes that were mediocre at best. The tune I submitted was pretty much the only thing I've ever written, in 40 years, that's any good.
