Scotch/Irish mix

I've been wearing flat-caps for ages. I have a couple from Hannah, that I dearly love (one worn to tatters). I think they look good with the kilt, which I guess is fine for me. I'm American, not Scottish nor Irish. I wear the kilt because I like it, I wear the hat because I like it. I wear them together because I like them together. I sometimes get compliments on the two in the same sentence. Unless you're in some setting with a strict dress code, or hold to such yourself, wear what you like.
