I got my UK blue denim today after just under an 8 week jones. Its beautiful, better looking than the pics on line.

However, the Ol' Coyote continues to dog relations between UK and me.

The left center apron snap arrived busted where it tries to penetrate 7 layers of denim on the front apron.

UK HQ is sending replacement snaps and suggesting I find a snap person to repair it. I'm in a remote frontier town of 7,000...best suggestion was a boat upholsterer, which we got some of....have visions of responses when I take the kilt in and ask for help...

These are the copper color snaps that go with the denim UK...for some reason had thought you could whack them with a hammer...

Any suggestions, experience, appreciated.
