Very nice. You may find, like I did on one of mine, that the sound of the chain hitting on the front as you walk drives you nuts. I'm probably going to braid some sort of simple leather lanyard to replace the chain with on mine.

After a short "test run" wearing this thing, I tend to think you're right, Todd. So I shamelessly stole your idea, dug into my pile of deer antlers, and came up with this:

Wasn't sure I could braid a lanyard that wouldn't be overly stiff, so went with a simple narrow strip of leather dyed to match. Silent, works fine. Thanks for the suggestion!
