Barb Tewksbury would be my choice to look at it as well, perhaps you could talk to Andrew Elliott or DC Dalgliesh about a reweave we have used both for the Wildcat Tartan & DC Dalgliesh did the tartan for my Royal Naval Association kilt. I am very pleased with both.
