I don't know if your jacket has enough material to work with, but tailors can sometimes let out the seam that runs down the middle of the back to give your shoulders a little more wiggle room.

The jacket is a great color and works well with your kilt and hair.

Thanks for the feedback; not sure I'd let out a vintage jacket but hopefully if I keep weight-loss going in the right direction, it won't be an issue.
