At least he is wearing a kilt.
I was leafing through yesterday's Pittsburgh Post Gazette when I came across a pic of a fellow in the "Seen" section wearing a kilt to the local benefit "Going For Baroque". I looked for and found an online link to a story, but since it didn't contain this pic I haven't bothered giving it here. Anyway, the fellow is wearing a Prince Charlee Coatee with an Ayrshire district kilt. Instead of a bowtie he is wearing a tartan tie [in a tartan different from his kilt], white hose, and loafers. The caption under him gives him the Best Dressed award.
And here I have been worrying about following the rules of proper Highland attire when apparently anything goes . At least he is wearing a kilt!
