interesting interaction while wearing the kilt

My wife and I went hiking today with my son and his family at oak Glen. You'll have to take my word I was wearing my Anderson kilt as my family seems to like to never do full length shots.

After the hike I stopped at walmart and while I was there one of the employees approached me and used hand gestures to let me know she was scottish or at least that's what I thought she was saying as she couldn't speak.
After I left her I asked another employee where I could find paper bags. As she was looking it up she mentioned how wonderful she thought my kilt was.
As I was checking out another employee came up (very excited) and said she had never actually seen someone wearing a kilt and wanted to ask me a few questions. I answered and she said she really appreciated all I told her about kilts.
As I exited the store a little girls said look Mommy he looks like a girl. The mother said no honey that is called a kilt and they continued to talk as they entered the store. I never had that many conversation in that short a time.
