I've been trying to find a pipe instructor in the SE Pennsylvania area. I'm trying to avoid the whole "we'll instruct you if you play in our band" scene. I'm perfectly willing to pay for instruction, because standard pipe and drum corps fare really isn't my cup of tea. Anyone have any suggestions? I've been coming up empty.
