Thanks, everybody. It all really couldn't have worked out any better. A major headache has been removed (supporting this woman on her own turf), A sore spot with us all has been rectified (the amount of money that gets poured into the lab when well know know full well how little it gets used) and the three most senior Directors in the Libraries have each individually, publically voiced their approval of the kilt where a number of staff could hear it.

A lot of that wouldn't have happened if I hadn't taken the advice of several X Markers that have experience in the business world, so THANK YOU, lads and lasses!

Now I just have to convince Qzingui, one of our Chinese programmers, to quit calling it a skirt! LOLOL!
