Has anyone had a dress, pleated-to-sett kilt resized?

I just discovered this morning, that Stillwater kilts has a set of instructions on how to resize a kilt on their website, They are in Adobe format, and are quite easy to understand.

Excellent...I will look at them and bring them to a seamstress to see what can be done, thanks!
