Speaking of beautiful fiddle players, I saw a group called "Sally's Gap" (I think it's a side project of a band called "Warsaw") at the L.A. Irsh Music Festival this year, the fiddle player wasn't on the CD so I guess she was new, or a guest, but she was the most amazing player I've ever seen; dancing and smiling and playing the fiddle like it was an extension of her body. She was obviously having a blast while she played. I tried to find out who she was, to see if she had recorded anything else, but haven't been able to track down anything about her. Anyone heard of them?
