Very good point. While I tend to agree with the majority here that the rules seem okay as they stand now, I am not thrilled with the thought of limiting the review to one review, one response. Someone posted here that they felt the review should consist of a review, response (vendor), response (buyer), response (vendor). This seemed a little bit closer to fair as it encourages the buyer to comment on the resolution and (perhaps) comment on their pleasure with the manner with which the problem was resolved. Call me crazy but this seems like the way to go.
