Im sure its been talked about before....but has anyone seen the UK flag kilt on BBC America?...its been awhile since I've been able to watch ( I" dont currently have Cable ) but when I did as one of the "promos" for BBC the showed a guy in a Kilt that basicly was the UK flag.. the pleats were on the side so the front and back were smooth .......I thought that was pretty cool, and always wanted to try and find one with the UK flag or the St. Andrews cross ......any Ideas?
