My X Marks Tartan Kilt from Kathy's Kilts Arrived Today

    Happy Happy Happy!

I'm sitting here wearing my new X Marks Tartan hand sewn traditional "tank" and grinning from ear to ear.

I'm sure you're all well aware of Kathy Lare's craftsmanship. Combine that with a beautiful tartan and you've got the best!

Just posted pictures in my gallery. Bottom of page 7. Also have one on page 8 showing an effort to use the Blaxnit gold kilthose from Sierra Trading to bring out the yellow/gold in the X Marks tartan. Not sure the gold hose aren't a bit much but does look a tad jazzier than with the blue lovat kilt hose.

A dang shame that such a quality made kilt has to be hung on this old belly the day after Thanksgiving...but you get the idea.

Didn't add a sporran in the pics so you could see the kilt better.

"I'll have a kilt please, a nice hand sewn tartan, 16 ounce Strome. Oh, and a sporran on the side, with a strap please."
