Oswulf (and others), if you want to carry, you should really check our the underapron pocket Jeff from PK includes. See my recent thread on my PK. That pocket is definitely large enough to hold a pistol. I don't own one, other than my wife's grandfather's Army issue .38 revolver (which is just too long in the barrel), but I am sure that something like Iolaus posted would fit with room to spare. It also eliminates the "revealing" aspect with the SWK sporran. And its location is extremely accessible. More so than a holster, and most people would not get concerned if you put your hand between your aprons. Until you pulled it out and took a bead on them!
