I noticed in another thread it was suggested that in case of accidental exposure during a parade, 'funny' underwear should be worn.

Whilst there could be a case for such wear in private: there is non at all for a public occasion, where a fickle wind or whatever could expose such a garment to the general public.

Better, far better to wear plain underwear such as black briefs/boxer shorts.

I say this because there is enough nonsense, silly jokes etc about what is worn under the kilt as it is: nonsense that does not enhance kilt wearing for us, and deters potential kilt wearers.

So do not pander to the idea of the moment however attractive it might seem.

Rather respect yourself, the kilt, and other kilt wearers.
