Kilted in the San Juan Mountains of Colorado
Just back from a most lovely weekend - mostly unkilted soaking in the hot springs at Orvis Hot Springs, Ridgeway, Colorado. www.orvishotsprings.com
Did get out and wander the San Juan Mountains. Took along my new Cameron Black and Red and my old Basil Utilikilt Survival.
More pics in my gallery.
It was a great trip, not just to soak, but to go back to where I worked underground in the now closed Red Mountain mine that honeycombed the San Juan Mountains between Ouray and Telluride. I was 18 at the time. 43 years ago. A great adventure for a young lad. Really should have bought some land there back in 1963
