This sort of obsequious stance in the matter is extremely silly and defies logic, especially given the fact that the opinions of so many enlisted/officers, organizations, societies, veterans etc. mattered not one iota in the decision making process along the way, what makes you think our opinions are going to matter or make any difference after the fact?
