I ordered an Argyll jacket and vest from Scotland. The vendor suggested I use Fedex as other forms of shipment "can get lost, and are not trackable". So I go with Fedex. Got a call from Fedex to file a customs claim when the item arrived in the states. Seemed simple enough. Got the items and the vest is too small! Today I get a bill from Fedex for duties and fees of $60! If purchases of less than $200 are "duty-free", why wasn't the vest sent separately??
