Kilt Do's and Don'ts

a' o' ma kilts fraim Anderson's Kiltmakers ha 3 straps ... an the fit better than any 2 strap ai've tried.... an they hae been makin them wi' 3 straps since 1854....

I never said that a good kiltmaker wouldn't use three straps. I said that I'm of the opinion that the original third strap was added to compensate by a poor tailor.

That good tailors continue to emulate this is of no import to the opinion.
