For a long time that was my favorite, but then I tried Laphraoig during our trip to Scotland, and now that's my favorite. I'd have to try them both again together, though, to make a true comparison.
The wife likes Bunnahabhain the best.
At all the highland games we've gone to, my wife would always be drinking Harp or Bass while my parents and I would be drinking the Glenlivet 12 yo. Since we always stopped at the whisky tent first, she finally said she'd try one. We were walking along, got about 50 yards and she was ready to go back for more, we were only half done.
