This might help-Right click the file and choose 'Save As', then save the file to your hard drive.
Go to your 'All Programmes' and select 'Quicktime Player'. You should be able under 'File - Open File' to navigate to that file you downloaded (should be ray.mov) and get it to play.

I had thought to convert to AVI, but the file goes from 4.5 Megs to 222 Megs! Ouch!!
