Yes, I have a broad blue bonnet from the S.T.M. (Scottish Tartans Museum) 8 years ago.
I have a 22" head and it fits perfect with enough room to tighten it slightly.
I believe it was machine made. I'm not sure if it's the exact one they offer now. I make my own bonnets now a days...

I'm in the S.T.M. about twice a month as a costumer, and I asure you that any accessories you're contemplating from them is well worth it.
