New Jacket & Waistcoat from France
I have just received this beautiful 'Crail'-style jacket and waistcoat, in brown corduroy, from La Maison du Kilt in Paris, France. Richard du Clos designed it to be worn mainly with the Randonée Bretonne (Brittany Walking) tartan which you can see in the photo.
This is essentially for informal wear and so I am not wearing a tie. In other fabrics, such as traditional tweeds, this style of jacket really calls for a tie to complete the image.
Merci bien, Richard, c'est absolument fantastique!
