both of the above 2 comments are correct... it is NOT a registered tartan. Back when we just started, we were getting any tartan material we could get our hands on until we found Marton Mills. This is just one of the VERY few left over tartans from the very humble beginnings of USAK. It IS different in the warp and weft. It's actaully a cotton poly (the last one we'll carry) in about a 9 oz fabric. It is NOT PV.
During this "growing phase", the AOH Div 17 in Philly asked us to make kilts for them. We showed them different swatches of material we had on hand and they chose that one. Since it was new to us and it didn't have a name that WE could find, we named it after them... Div 17.
